Refunds & Returns Policy


Refund Eligibility

All sales are final due to the nature of digital services. However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments.
  • Technical issues that prevent delivery of services.
  • Unauthorized transactions (with supporting evidence).
Refund Requests
  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Requests should be emailed to support@primereachnetwork.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use or benefit from the service.
  • Attempted misuse or abuse of services.
